Perfect, we will be recommending to everyone family oriented looking for a quiet place to vacation. The receptionists were caring and made everything possible for us to have a wonderful experience. They even recommend us some places to go eat at close by. Wifi is great and there are no rowdy people visiting.

We booked into Costa Madero at the very last minute (due to an issue with the place we were originally staying at), and the staff were most accommodating right from the start. Not only were we able to get a beautiful, clean room at a moment's notice, but all of our questions were easily answered, great recommendations were made for food, etc., and our entire week was as relaxing as we could have wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a brand new resort in Los Ayala. Rooms are clean, service is excellent . Immanuel and Wendy are made our stay very pleasant with their timely attention to any problem we had. We will come back here next year if our health permits. I would recommend this place without any reservation.||Dr. N. Lalu and Family

New, clean, safe, friendly, family ran hotel. Competent, gentle, warm, helpful, intelligent staff. We had a Mix-up with our ride back to the airport (yikes) and they did everything they could to be sure we arrived in PV to catch our flight. We confidently recommend this accommodation.

This is our first time outside of Puerto Vallarta, but Costa Madero and their staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel Chef Victor made some Jack Fruit vegan tacos for our vegan friend. Delicious plates and wonderful hotel. Will definitely come back!

This hotel is new and a fabulous addition to the community. Excellent service and everyone willing to help out with your needs. Location is great. Half block to the beach, half block to groceries and restaurants.
